Mini Meetings (Monday mornings, CS 424): Biweekly 1-on-1 meetings between graduate students & TAS. These meetings cover research progress made over the last two weeks (data and interpretation), along with research plans for the next two weeks. These can be prepared in word doc or powerpoint slide formats. Meeting notes must be uploaded to the lab Google Drive prior to meeting.

Group Meetings (Wednesdays from 12 to 2 PM, CS 342): Meetings with the whole lab in attendance to present research in a slightly more formal setting. Anyone is welcome to attend, and you can bring your own lunch. Literature talks should be 5-slides maximum, and be shorter than 10 minutes in total. Research talks should be given with slides, covering total progress made since the last Group Meeting presentation. All graduate students are expected to attend; undergraduate researchers are encouraged to attend.

Subgroup Meetings (Tuesdays from 2:00 to 3:30 PM, CS 424): Meetings between subgroups (Si synthesis, Si electronics, organic electronics) & TAS on Tuesdays in CS 424. These meetings are meant to get everyone on the same page in collaborative projects, or to troubleshoot experiments together in related projects. Students should prepare word doc or powerpoint slides if they intend to present. These meeting files must be uploaded to the lab Google Drive prior to meeting.
